Secretary Bryson Had Seizure According to Washington Office

Jennifer Friedman, Director of Public Affairs for the Secretary of Commerce sent the following email regarding the accidents in which Secretary Bryson was involved over the weekend in out area: “Secretary Bryson was involved in a traffic accident in Los Angeles over the weekend. He was diagnosed with a seizure. He was taken to the hospital for examination, given medication to treat seizures, and remained overnight for observation. He was released and has returned to Washington. Secretary Bryson has no public events scheduled for today. The Secretary was on personal time in Los Angeles with no security detail and was driving his own vehicle.
