ON THE PASSING OF JIM PLOTKIN
“Claire and I are mourning the death of Jim Plotkin, who lived a long life of courage and commitment that, in many positive ways, shaped Pasadena as it exists today. History will recognize him as a powerful force in creating Old Pasadena, and as a person who preserved an old-fashioned spirit of independence and integrity that dates from our City’s earliest years. He will always be an inspiration to defend values that make Pasadena great.”
