Tom Brady, chair of the Taste of Sierra Madre event held last month on 9/11 presented a check for $6,000 to the city of Sierra Madre Tuesday. The money is earmarked for additional fine arts programming for the Youth Activity Center in Sierra Madre. The donated funds represented half of the net proceeds of the inaugural event which also benefits the nonprofit Rotoplast Foundation, which performs cleft palate surgeries on children.
