Arcadia has a long history of Princesses and Queens hailing from the city boundaries. The past two Queens have been Arcadia High students, Courtney Lee the current Queen and Dusty Gibbs the previous year.

There was no shortage of excitement despite the gloomy weather Monday morning at Tournament House.
