From 8 pm – 1 am, the Public House will be abuzz with festivities, partygoers can fill up on food from Kai Kai Dumplings, Market Burgers and Peaches Smokehouse & Southern Kitchen, and dance the night away to bands Naked Walrus, JUICE, and Dirty Lingo. Party favors go to the first 150 guests and there will be a special Champagne Berliner toast at midnight. Made only for the holidays, this twist on the brewery’s regular Berliner-Weisse is blended with Chardonnay and Viognier grape must, then fermented with a house strain of Belgian yeast and pushed to the limit of carbonation.
