Last year FYF surprised us with the last minute addition of Kanye West and ever since then we have been wondering what’s next for the festival. This year, LA’s favorite festival is back at it again with an amazing lineup that includes headliners such as Kendrick Lamar, LCD Soundsystem, Grace Jones (!!!) and Tame Impala. The undercard is just as impressive, featuring some of our favorite musicians such as Father John Misty, Beach House, Blood Orange, Young Thug, Vince Staples, Grimes and so much more. The festival will be back at Exposition Park this August 27 & 28. Check out what we are hoping to see from up-close, and by that we mean chest-stuck-to-the-barrier close.
Kenrick Lamar: Alright
Grimes: Flesh without Blood/Life in the Vivid Dream
Vince Staples: Norf Norf
Grace Jones: I’ve Seen That Face Before (Libertango)
Father John Misty: The Ideal Husband
Young Thug: Digits
Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats
Blood Orange: Sandra’s Smile
Weekend and single day tickets will be available this Friday, April 1 at Noon. Keep an eye on this space!
