Kann Ros was last seen about 9 a.m. in the 1500 block of East 126th Street, near Compton Avenue, in the unincorporated Willowbrook area, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Trina Schrader.

Ros is Cambodian. He stands 5 feet tall and weighs about 100 pounds, Schrader said. Ros is bald and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and black beanie and was using a wheelchair.
