The Monrovia Teachers Association (MTA) has announced its endorsements for the upcoming school board election. The association has recommended voting for Selene Lockerbie and Maritza Travanti, the two women on the ballot.
According to Ann Battle, president of the MTA, members of the association had interviewed all four candidates before the forum they sponsored this week. Tuesday after that forum, the final selection was made.
