The Arcadia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 63-year-old Frederick Celistan. Mr. Celistan is described as being male, African-American, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also suffers from medical conditions. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve blue fleece shirt, black pants and black shoes.
Mr. Celistan was last seen at his residence in the 700 block of West Duarte Road, in the City of Arcadia on Nov. 2 at approximately 9 p.m.
UPDATE: Nov. 6 @ 9:30 a.m.
Arcadia PD now reports that Mr. Celistan has been found and is in good health.
