Tuesday, Dec. 8: Holiday Decorating Award judging takes place between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Santa in his sleigh tours Arcadia looking for the best, the brightest, and the funniest lawn decorations in town. Mayor Wuo goes along to provide the official nature.
