Authorities Wednesday identified a man who was shot to death in Duarte , and sheriff’s detectives continued their efforts to solve the apparent gang-related crime. Juan Loera, 38, was found dead about 3:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Goodall Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Authorities did not release Loera’s city of residence. “There is no suspect information at this time,” according to a sheriff’s statement said. “This incident is believed to be gang-related….”
