A Pasadena artist for more than 35 years with a passion for capturing modern art, painting murals and working with small businesses, Patricia “Patti” Llovera was commissioned to paint many of the utility boxes for the city.
Her work is hand-painted, one-of-a-kind and designed with your direction. Llover, a current member of the Monrovia Association of Fine Arts, has an art studio located in Pasadena.
