A 20-year-old man who authorities said has diminished mental capacities was reported missing and was last seen Monday in Duarte.
Juan Amezcua was last seen at 6:35 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Mountain Avenue, west of Maydee Street, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Amezcua is Latino, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes, a moustache and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a yellow, brown and red checkered flannel shirt and beige Dickies-style pants.
