Deputies canvassed a Lancaster neighborhood Monday as they probe the shooting death of a man.
The shooting was reported just after 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of East Avenue J-5, according to Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The 32-year-old victim was found inside a home with a gunshot wound to the upper body, Koerner said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Koerner said.
