A man was fatally shot Thursday in La Puente.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting, which occurred about 9:55 a.m. in the 18600 block of Villa Park Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Information on his identity was not immediately released, nor did the sheriff’s department release any information on the circumstances of the shooting.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect description was released.
