Public School on Tap to have a nationwide battle for best burger.
School is in session, but this is not your ordinary classroom.
This “school” is a gastropub restaurant called Public School on Tap and they are having a battle for the best burger and titling the competition “Burger Wars 2017.”
Chefs at each Public School restaurant will create a specialty, limited edition burger using seasonal, trending, or unusual ingredients. A specific beer pairing will accompany all burgers. Competing against the other locations, each month a Burger Wars winner will be announced, following the largest percentage of the featured burger within total burger sales. With the ultimate champion announced when the “wars” wrap up in July. Aiming to drive creativity and spontaneity amongst Public School chefs, Burger Wars will give consumers more than 24 limited edition and creative burgers to try!
The competition will run from Feb. 10 to July 30, including restaurants in Los Angeles, Thousand Oaks, Culver City, and Sherman Oaks.
