Gents, get your hands wrapped around this. Levi’s® + Netherland based brand Patta merge their creative juju and introduce the Levi’s® x Patta 2015 collaboration. And man, is it on fire.
Inspired by early 90s Hip-Hop music feels (EPMD, N.W.A.), the collection sustains a prestigious and traditional vibe while offering a modern approach and minimalistic updates, creating the ultimate street uniform from a Patta persona. Think 40s zoot suits, the aforementioned 90s Hip-Hop inspo and today’s street trends. We think it’s a marriage of aesthetic at its best.
Here are some gear highlights and updates to get excited about: the iconic Levi’s® 501® jeans updated with a newly launched custom tapered leg fit, AKA 501®CT, the classic western shirt and the iconic Trucker denim jacket. Other notables that complement the effort are modern day classics (fishtail parka, coach jacket) that have been processed with custom acid washes in blue and black dyes.
