To Stimulate Conversations About Health, Total Life Wellness

On Saturday, June 27, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m., several Pasadena area businesses hosted a no-cost community event entitled “An Art Therapy Affair.”

The event showcased an exhibit of Healing Path Photography by Dr. Mohammad Kamal, the Founder and CEO of Omnipathology. The event also featured Canadian artist Jennifer Awad, who painted live at the event, and also facilitated an interactive art exhibit that allowed attendees to participate in the creation of a community art piece encouraging total health.

The event also included a sampling of healthy food and beverages provided by Greenlite Meals, Dolce Gusto and SocializeLA, and attendees were encouraged to talk to local health professionals, and to take advantage of the free gifts, and to register to win a beautiful array of door prizes including a framed photography print by Dr. Kamal, and the evening’s “live painting” by Jennifer Awad of Kardia Gallery.

The event was held at the Pasadena Breast Wellness Center located at 99 S. Chester Avenue in Pasadena and was free and open to the public. The event was sponsored by the Pasadena Breast Wellness Center, Gemlife Financial, Omnipathology, Greenlite Meals, socializeLA and friends.
