On June 6, at approximately 2:50 a.m., the victim and boyfriend were asleep in their encampment. The victim woke up, startled to find herself partially unclothed and the suspect sleeping behind her. The suspect and her boyfriend both woke up when she did. The suspect stood up and ran from the scene with the boyfriend giving chase. The suspect managed to get away and is still outstanding.
Through further investigation the victim was able to identify the suspect in this case as: Emilio Buch, Male, 47 years of age, a homeless individual.
