The Woman’s Civic League of Pasadena’s monthly luncheon will be on Monday, April 1 at noon at the Women’s City Club, 160 N. Oakland. There will be free parking behind the Clubhouse on Madison.  Ann Scheid, an architectural historian and preservationist, will be the guest Speaker.  Her talk will focus on the development of Pasadena as a health resort, and how that history is reflected in Pasadena today.

The cost for lunch is $25 at the door; however, there is no cost to attend the ‘program only’ beginning at 12:30 p.m.  Lunch reservations must be made by 8 p.m. on March 27. To make luncheon reservations, call (626) 888-9404.   Visit their website at clpasadena.org and for more information about joining The Woman’s Civic League contact Membership Chairman Lela Bissner at lbissner@gmail.com.
