Pasadena Boys & Girls Club Summer Enrollment Starts May 2

The Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena has announced that on Monday, May 2, it will open enrollment for its eight-week summer session which begins in June.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Membership is open to all youth, no matter their city of residence. The cost is $75 for children ages 6 to 12, with scholarships available to families who qualify. Teenagers, ages 13 to 18, can participate for free. Early drop off (8 a.m. to 10 a.m.) is an additional $5 per day.

The Club’s summer session runs weekdays from Monday, June 6, to Friday, July 29. Club hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Summer at the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena offers parents a fun, educational, and affordable option for their child’s summertime break from school. For one low fee the Club provides youth, ages 6 to 18, with the following activities and services: technology centers, sports activities, theme days, field trips, recreational swimming and swim lessons, music lessons, and games that promote fun with a purpose while helping reduce summer learning loss.

The Club operates two facilities in Pasadena: the Slavik branch at 3230 E. Del Mar Blvd. in east Pasadena, and the Mackenzie-Scott branch at 2020 N. Fair Oaks Ave. in northwest Pasadena.
