Law enforcement is investigating the stabbing death of a woman in Monrovia.
At approximately 9:09 p.m. Monday, Monrovia police and firefighters responded to the 1000 block of Wildrose Avenue, regarding a medical emergency call, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. When they arrived, they found a woman suffering from traumatic injuries.
She was pronounced dead at the scene by the Monrovia Fire Department.
The cause of death will be determined by the coroner’s office.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information available at this time.
