The Safer at Work and in the Community Health Officer Order continues to prohibit recreation facilities and activities where more frequent and prolonged person-to-person contacts are likely to occur.
As a result, all outdoor recreation facilities remain closed at Monrovia parks. This includes:
- Playgrounds.
- Basketball courts.
- Sport fields.
Furthermore, organized sports of any kind are not permitted in the open space of the park.
