Pasadena Man Arrested in Arcadia Slaying

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Investigators are announcing the arrest of Heber Enoc Diaz, 27 year-old male Hispanic, for the murder of Chyong Jen Tsai.

Tsai’s vehicle was recovered on 900 Colorado Blvd., Los Angeles on Thursday night, April 18, 2019. On Friday, April 19, at approximately 10:30 a.m., investigators located Diaz when he was leaving his residence in the city of Pasadena. He was arrested without incident and booked for murder at Inmate Reception Center in downtown Los Angeles with no bail.

Investigators will submit their case for review by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office on Tuesday, April 23, 2019.
