Share in the Oscar excitement at the Arcadia Public Library’s pre-Oscar party starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23. Fill out your 2019 Oscars ballet and try to guess the most winners, learn more about this year’s nominations, and watch an award-winning movie. Light refreshments will be served.
No registration is need, but attendees must be over 17 years of age.
