Have a closet full of clothes, yet never know what to wear? The Arcadia Public Library has a class for you. On Thursday, Jan. 17, from 7-8:30 p.m., stylist and fashion expert Candace Hanna, of Style by Candace, will explain everything you need to know about curating and rocking a capsule wardrobe.
