Around 91,000 Square Feet of Space for New Tenants

“Last week, [Monrovia] staff met with representatives from Warner Pacific Properties to discuss their plans for the former Albertson’s site located on Huntington Drive. Based on those discussions, it appears that Warner Pacific Properties has acquired around +/- 91,000 square feet of building space that they would like to subdivide for three different users. At this point in time, there are multiple possible tenants that are being consulted and City staff is working with the developer on identifying the best possible mix of users at the location.

“In addition to subdividing the +/- 91,000 square feet of building space located at the former Albertsons facility, the new owners have also indicated their desire to build a +/- 2,500 square foot pad on their property closer to Huntington Drive.

“Staff will be working with the architect that Warner Pacific Properties has engaged during the next few months to coordinate all of the permitting and entitlements needed to complete the adjustments that have been proposed.”
