10-10 National Holiday in, Taipei, Taiwan was celebrated Friday morning. Terry Miller was the only U.S. journalist invited to be part of the international press corps to meet President Ma Ying-jeou personally Friday morning before the parades and other celebrations that mark this national holiday.
