The suspect is 21-year-old Destiny Ortiz. She is a resident of South El Monte.

Destiny Ortiz was arrested for Driving a Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent and a no bail warrant for Driving a Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent on an unrelated case.  She is being held without bail.
