The Arcadia Historical Society and the Arcadia Congregational Church is having a festival and yard sale on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. There will be a wide array of items for sale and many activities for the young at heart such as crafts, face painting, magic and music, juggling, and the ability to take selfies with clowns and characters as well as an historic police car.
