San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership Hosts Forum With Minimum Wage Experts

Business professionals, community leaders, and the public are invited to a minimum wage forum hosted by the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership and featuring a panel of minimum wage experts. The forum will be held Aug. 13, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Azusa Pacific University Duke Building, Room 520, 701 E. Foothill Blvd., Azusa, CA 91702.

The forum will discuss the benefits and impacts of raising the minimum wage, presenting both sides of this complex issue. Panelists will include: Ruben Gonzalez, Sr. Vice President of Public Policy & Political Affairs with the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and Peter Dreier, E.P. Clapp Distinguished Professor of Politics, Urban and Environmental Policy. Steve Lambert, a Partner of the 20/20 Network and a former publisher of the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, will moderate the discussion.
