Pasadena Police Chief Sanchez’ Adjutant, Lieutenant Phlunte’ Riddle, has been dropped from the McDade lawsuit filed by the family attorney Caree Harper. The lawsuit had included Riddle’s for ” willyfully andvoluntarily interset herself into this litigation by taking compant position and making knowingly fasle statements about the decedent and the facts surrouding his (Kenred McDade) death.” according to the amended lawsuit filed May 7, 2012.
