A vast and growing number of cities including Pasadena filed lawsuits this week against the state for seizing cash in dismantling of redevelopment agencies.
Pasadena has requested a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to halt any state intervention before the June 1 deadline on redevolpment funds.
