The Adam’s Pack Station at Chantry Flats will be hosting a Chili Cook-Off tomorrow (Saturday). All members of the public will be given free taster cups of chili by all of the contestants. Public tasting will begin at 1:00 pm with judging to commence at 2:30 pm. I will be one of the contestants with a fantastic, amazing, delectable and, dare I say, fabulous green chili recipe of my own invention.
Cam Stone will also be there all weekend with friend Kris Nelson selling amazing Mojo Chicken Wings to the public. You have never tasted such an amazing burst of flavor that our Mojo Wings will perpetrate on your taste buds. This is the first outing of “The Stork Chronicles” which will chronicle the adventures of two old foodie college buddies who will tour the nation seeking out the best sustainable food recipes and cook them outdoors for the people of small town America.
