“I’m late, I’m late, for a very important date!” goes the classic line from Alice in Wonderland, but it’s not too late for you to get a ticket to this fantastic show! ArcadiaStage, the award winning theatre department of Arcadia High School, is presenting a magical adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s classic tale, Alice in Wonderland, on November 20 & 21 at 7 pm andNovember 22 at 4 pm in the beautiful and spacious Arcadia Performing Arts Center. In this modern version, a teenage Alice discovers her inner strength as she ventures through a strange and curious steam punk world of eccentric characters, puppetry, and special effects. The staging of this show is dynamic with lots of movement across an expansive multi-level stage. The lights, sound, and set alone are worth coming to see and the cast of award winning theatre student is equally compelling!
Arcadia and the surrounding communities have been treated to fantastic sold-out shows by this talented group for many years now. This production lives up to that tradition and is sure to delight and entertain audiences of all ages.
Tickets for this magical adventure may be purchased anytime at Denny’s® Restaurant in Arcadia, online at www.arcadiastage.com, in person at the Arcadia Community Center, or from any Arcadia High School Theatre Student. Tickets are $30 for VIP, $15 for General Admission, and $10 for Students and Seniors. As an added bonus from community supporters, each ticket offers over $75 in discounts at local restaurants.
