On Thursday at 2200 hours, two individuals entered the victim’s home in the 5000 block of Jarvis Ave, La Canada/ Flintridge area. The armed individuals confronted the two elderly residents demanding money and property.
The suspects fled the location with miscellaneous valuables, leaving the victims unharmed. Patrol Deputies from Crescenta Valley Station responded and conducted a thorough search for the suspects, but were unable to locate them. Detectives from Major Crimes Bureau have assumed the investigation and are ascertaining if this incident is related to any other similar type incident in the region.
