CENTURY 21 Village Realty in Sierra Madre was one of the few real estate offices open on July fourth. This is the 27th year that Village has participated in the annual Sierra Madre Parade and this year the office gave 700 hundred bags of popcorn and 1000 balloons to all of the parade watchers and participants.
Andy Bencosme, managing broker thanked all of the agents and their families who helped blow up the balloons and hand out the popcorn. “This is a great event for the community and it’s nice to see everyone’s families bonding while we prepare for the parade.” As usual, a good time was had by all and everyone is looking forward to participating next year.
