Duarte City Hall is sporting a refreshed exterior following the completion of a major improvement project designed to enhance the building’s appearance, functionality, and longevity. The Duarte City Hall Exterior Refresh Project included upgrades to the building’s exterior, replacing aging materials and introducing new architectural features.
Improvements included the removal and replacement of the building’s wood plank siding and soffits with a new Parklex Prodema siding and soffit system, along with the installation of new metal fascia, a concealed rain gutter system, updated soffit lighting, and illuminated building signage. Various exterior building elements were also painted and refurbished as part of the project.
The Duarte City Council awarded the construction contract for the project in April 2025, and construction began later that year. The completed project is also helping inform the City’s approach to future improvements throughout the Civic Center as Duarte continues investing in its public facilities.
