Visit the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center in Newport Beach for a family-friendly Halloween party featuring spooky stories, crafts, science experiments, animals and games on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive in costume.
The event will also feature booths and exhibits from community partners including the Orange County Bird of Prey Center, the Environmental Nature Center and Critter Squad: Wildlife Defenders.
The event and parking are free. Rain or inclement weather will cancel the event.
