The San Bernardino County Museum has been named the “Best of the Best” museum in the region by Inland Empire Magazine readers. This prestigious recognition celebrates the museum’s outstanding contributions to cultural enrichment, education and community engagement, solidifying its position as a leading institution in the region.

The “Best of the Best” distinction is awarded annually to organizations that demonstrate exceptional excellence in their field.

“We are deeply honored to receive this recognition,” said San Bernardino County Museum Director David Myers. “This award reflects the hard work, passion, and dedication of our entire team as well as the San Bernadino County Board of Supervisors. We are grateful for the support of our community and the opportunity to continue inspiring, educating and connecting people through incredible museum experiences. Our vision is to be the best cultural and natural history museum in the region because that is what the residents of San Bernardino County deserve.”

The San Bernardino County Museum is located at 2024 Orange Tree Lane, at the California Street exit from Interstate 10 in Redlands. The museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. General admission is $10 (adult), $8 (military or senior), $7 (student), and $5 (child ages 6 to 12). Children five and under are admitted free. Museum members receive a 50% admission discount. Parking is free and the museum is accessible to people with disabilities.
