Taste of Arcadia returns to Santa Anita Park
For the first time since 2019, Taste of Arcadia returns to Santa Anita Park. Presented by the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce, this Arcadia favorite will host 45 local food and drink vendors from the San Gabriel Valley, more than 20 business booths, entertainment, cars, and much more. Tickets are now available at TasteOfArcadia.com.
On Sept. 21, DJ John Villa of Dance Syndicate will emcee this afternoon event, held for the first time on a Saturday. Food vendors will show off their culinary talents, providing small tastings to guests; drink vendors will pour samples of small batch beer, liquors, and popular wine varietals. Business booths will circle the Santa Anita Paddock to provide promo items, deals and coupons, and general information on the services their businesses provide.
Leading up to Taste of Arcadia this year will be a series of podcasts, produced by Arcadia Chamber member Pure Media Marketing, and starring Arcadia Chamber CEO Karen Mac Nair. Each podcast will feature an interview with a food, drink, or business vendor who will be participating in the event. Vendors will discuss their offerings for Taste of Arcadia this year, talk about their venue and, for returning vendors, share some favorite memories of their past Taste of Arcadia experiences. Podcasts will be released on the Arcadia Chamber’s social media feeds via Facebook and Instagram.
Taste of Arcadia has traditionally been one of the largest fundraisers for the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce, with the goal of funds being used to support its activities and businesses throughout the year.
The Arcadia Chamber was inspired by the popularity and previous successes of Taste of Arcadia to bring this event back to the Arcadia community. Tickets are now on sale at $85 for general admission (now through Aug. 24 – price increases to $95 on Aug. 25), or guests can purchase a VIP table of 10 for $1,000. Each ticket includes a gift bag filled with swag from Arcadia Chamber members, a tasting cup, commemorative plate, and access to all the tastings one desires. VIP guests will be allowed entry at 1 p.m., and general admission tickets will enter at 2 p.m.. The Arcadia High School Drumline will also perform and march through, leading the public into the event at 2 p.m.
