Authorities circulated a photo of a 74-year-old man suffering from medical conditions who went missing Sunday in Long Beach.

Thomas Edward Morgan was last seen around 5:35 a.m. at his living facility near the 3000 block of Cedar Avenue, the Long Beach Police Department reported.

The department said Morgan was previously missing and was located in the city of Los Angeles.

He was described as a 5-feet-11-inch tall Black man weighing 145 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding Morgan’s whereabouts was asked to call the LBPD’s Missing Persons Detail at 562-570-7246 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
