Authorities asked for the public’s help Wednesday to find a 38-year-old man who has been missing for nearly three months after last being seen in Whittier.

Joshua “Jay” Rodriguez was last seen on May 22 on the 11000 block of Breckenbridge Drive, near Telegraph Road. He may have been heading to the Pechanga Casino or other casinos, said Deputy Alejandra Parra of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Rodriguez is Latino, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 250 pounds, has brown eyes, black buzzed hair and a scar behind his right ear, Parra said.

Anyone with information about Rodriguez or knows of his whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323 -890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called into Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
