A 27-year-old man who authorities said has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder was reported missing Friday evening after last being seen in the unincorporated Quartz Hill area in the Antelope Valley.
Joseph Dwain Victorian was last seen Friday in the 4300 block of West Avenue L-8, said Deputy Brenda Serna of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Victorian is Black, 6 feet tall, weighs 185 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants and gray shoes.
Anyone with information about Victorian or his whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
