Authorities Friday sought the public’s help to find a 62-year-old man last seen in Duarte.
Gordon Silk Cheatham, also known by the nickname “Gordy,” was last seen about 10 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Highland Avenue, near the Foothill (210) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Cheatham is Black, 6 feet, 1 inch and weighs about 230 pounds, with brown eyes, a bald head, a mustache and a tattoo on his chest of a rose with the words “My Mother Rose.” He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black pants and a baseball cap.
Anyone with information on Cheatham’s whereabouts was asked to contact the LASD Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
