LA County extended mask requirements on public transport.
The extension of the transit-masking requirement comes one day after the county moved from the CDC’s “low” community virus activity category to “medium.” The shift came when the county’s cumulative weekly rate of new COVID cases exceeded 200 per 100,000 residents, reaching 202 per 100,000.

Ahead of the mandatory two-day outdoor watering restrictions set to take effect across Los Angeles on June 1, the Department of Public Works gave tips to Angelenos Tuesday to protect their trees, noting that they provide extensive benefits to health and quality of life.
Hershey is partnering up with Team USA for the 2028 Olympics.
Hershey announced it will support Team USA through 2028, when the Olympic and Paralympic Games are scheduled to be in Los Angeles, and includes a partnership for the 2024 Summer Games in Paris and 2026 Winter Games in Milan Cortina.
