SGV missing: Man with schizophrenia last seen in Monterey Park

A 47-year-old man with schizophrenia was reported missing Thursday in the Monterey Park area near Rosemead.

Vrezh Bagdasaryan was last seen at about 12:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of New Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Bagdasaryan is 5-feet-11 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has balding black hair and brown eyes. Bagdasaryan was last seen wearing a black sweater, black pants and black shoes.

Anyone with information on Bagdasaryan’s whereabouts was asked to contact the LASD Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
