Police sought the public’s help Tuesday to identify three men who robbed a convenience store in West Covina.
The three suspects entered the store in the area of 1300 South Azusa Avenue about 10:15 p.m. March 29, according to the West Covina Police Department.
One of the suspects pulled a handgun from his waistband and demanded an employee remove money from a cash register, while the other two suspects stole items from within the store. The suspects then fled the scene — possibly in a vehicle — with an estimated $500 worth of money and items.
No injuries were reported, according to police.
Anyone with information on the robbery was asked to contact the WCPD at 626-939-8488. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222- 8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
