A 59-year-old man who investigators say has autism was reported missing in Paramount and Tuesday members of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

Mario Gallegos was last seen at 7:30 a.m. Monday on the 15100 block of Hayter Avenue, said Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Gallegos is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, has brown eyes and black, wavy hair. He was last seen wearing a red and blue plaid shirt, blue jeans and Skechers shoes.
