Sheriff’s detectives Monday turned to the public for help locating a 64-year-old man who carries an oxygen tank at all times and went missing in Rancho Dominguez.
Wayne Julius Bell was last seen about 3:55 p.m. Sunday in the 19000 block of South Laurel Park Road, according to Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Bell has congestive heart failure and his loved ones are worried, Koerner said.
He is described as Black, 6 feet tall, 240 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a blue jacket, black shorts and a tank top, the deputy said. He is known to drive a gray 2016 Toyota Highlander with a California license plate of 7UEY748.
Anyone with information was asked to call detectives at 323-898-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477).
